LAUGH OUT THE SERIOUSNESS OUT OF YOUR LIVES:)

So here i was.....surrounded by heaps of sheets,pens and books....desperately praying to god to help me complete my assignment before the due date.
Sitting in the cornermost seat with my earphones plugged in , i continue writing my thesis on memory enhancers. suddenly out of nowhere my friend, neha turns up in a really really bad mood.
"i cant believe he forgot my birthday....damn it!"she wailed....."what happened now yaar!" i asked casually , still writing . 
"you dont wanna know babe"
thats the thing with girls...wanna tell u d minutest detail but act as if they dont even care..n oh boy ...dare you say "oh okay...your wish"...mind it , you are in great trouble my friend!
so not wanting the extra drama i insisted on sharing her 'so called pain' with me with a voice inside scolding me to make such a ridiculous move even after knowing my submission had only a few  hours to go....
"that cheat forgot my birthday....and now instead of making up for it by gifting me those earrings i selected that day he's blaming me for not updating the correct birthday date on fb!!" screamed neha
"oh cmon nehu...its okay..chill...n moreover he gifted u that gucci bag last week...it was so nice!" i tried to console her so that i could quickly resume to my work.
"JUST A NORMAL GUCCI BAG" she was losing her temper now....n inside i thought how the market value of THE GUCCI  was suddenly bought down by the word NORMAL.
Trying to conceal my smile i heard her further complaints....."you know babe...i dont think its working anymore..." i gasped in shock ....her boyfriend actually chased her for 2 years before they got into this mess....oops this relationship.
she continued " you know tiana's boyfriend gifted her a brandnew iphone 5....thats what i call true love".....THAT WAS  IT...i cudnt take anymore melodrama ...i mean well done steve jobs...u have  left a generation for whom iphone is  the ultimate representation of love in place of the taj mahal!!
Before i would burst into a peal of laughter, i decided to make an excuse and get going with my assignment.
The next day neha turned up with a smile and thankfully ,i , with my assignment and that too COMPLETE[YAYY]....she came up to me and showed her new earrings off with zeal.
"finally...congrats!" i said whereas my grey matter thought "finally no more complaints!!;0"
after the first lecture , tiana turned up. "HOLY SHIT" i thought.....she was wearing the same earrings as neha's. Aarohi commented on the surprising coincidence and blurted "oh..these are those earrings naa ....buy one get one free" ...We all snapped a oh-thanks-for the NOT needed info look  at her!
During the break when we finally submitted our assignments...n consoled neha ONCE AGAIN...
she decided with the same wicked smile......n said the most PREDICTABLE thing-" I THINK EARRINGS DONT GURANTEE COMMITMENT....HOW ABOUT A DIAMOND RING"


The first thing i did after hearing it was to LAUGH MY HEART OUT... i mean like seriously...my sympathies with the guy,,,,
you know some things can never change...the best you can do is to accept it n that too with A SMILE:)

The freedom to make life beautiful not just for oneself but for others as well is a freedom worth cherishing. The monotony of our daily routine has been set at such a high peak that descending from it seems like a hell bound tedious task. The small but exquisite moments have been completely vanished from our so called BUSY life.........
Getting up at 7 , running for respective jobs , working 24x7 , finally retiring to bed even without a proper goodnight hug from loved ones....is this where success leads to?
Guys we all work to satisfy our luxurious desires and happily take part in the horse race but  our happiness has  now been tagged to a price- SELFISHNESS.
just think for a moment ....we all update our statuses really quickly but is it so hard to update our lifestyles ? the answer is a bitter one but its the actual truth of all of our lives-yes ......YES it might be difficult but not impractical.
Here is a permanent solution for all our temporary problems- STOP EXISTING AND START LIVING...make at least one person, who is important or not-so-important to you smile....and realizing that when you are the reason behind there smiles ....the effort will be automatically worth it!
