THE ENIGMA OF LIFE🌼

I eat lies when my heart is hungry
Stars are just an escape from the daily misery

I wish the rain to wash away all the pain
and in the end, experience is all I gained!

For long i have ignored the truths for temporary happiness
And today all i am left with is a helpless permanent laughter

The pang of afflictions
surprisingly is a pack of contradictions
the one who promised the world to you
closes the doors making you wonder
that all the time you lived....was it mere fiction?

I read this somewhere
"we all have stories...but some are just good narrators and others, good actors"
But why do we forget about the magical angels and evil life hackers?

Even today i am not afraid to save the wounded lion cubs
instead of running from them
but then why am i afraid to enter the "feelings den"?

Nothing belongs to me,you and us
even the air we breathe
is exhaled.

Human hearts are wired in such strange ways
some understand each others beats even in silence
while some never get a pulse in mayhem!

I fear living in regret
but regrets is all that has filled the pages of a book
that might never be a bestseller
but my soul is still not stopping to fight
from the dark pungent societal cellars.

I urge us all to face to our shadows
the battle that we all are fighting isn't with anyone else
its with our own unexplored self

Why dont we believe in those fairy-tales?
why are we forced not to live in our dreams?
why do we judge by appearances
forgetting that the rich might be under the ragged clothes!

We all run from negativity
not realizing that one cant see the stars without darkness!
